Giving

In May ‘23, my family and I took a trip to Oahu, Maui and the Big Island. It’s hard to describe the indescribable— how truly special Hawai’i is. But, when you visit, the feeling is palpable and you immediately understand. Words just can’t do it justice, and ultimately words don’t tell the whole story, anyway. It is an absolutely magnetic, stunning, and spiritually rich place.
When I got home and the dust settled, I felt compelled to paint. When the wildfires happened a couple months later, I decided to sell my original paintings and donate 50% of the proceeds to organizations committed to rebuilding the areas in Hawai’i directly affected to recovery and rebuilding efforts. Donations are below and when donations are made, they are added to this page.
With gratitude (and mahalo!),
Kathy
